I don't know what's funnier, that some folks still think that the boards being unavailable for DL here means they are hard to get, or those who attempt to make a name for themselves by speaking up for GDP and berating anyone unhappy with changes in availability as "greedy".

Although I was as saddened as others that our virtual 'friends' decided to make a bad buisness decision that forever altered community, I'm not about to let them or anyone else effect my enjoyment of the digital record. Sure McNally sounded like a rock 'n roll version of Bill O'Rielly, spinning like there is no tomorrow, but that is to their shame, not ours.

Delicious heaping helpings of GD candy is being distributed thru-out the World Wide Web for free and will be FOREVER. Grab a plate!!

McNally - O'Reilly comparison - hadn't thought of that one - nice job - (personally i think oreilly is hilarious between his occasionally insightful comments and pure inanity - almost makes me want to tune in for a laugh)

Damn these pseudonyms, where's the glory. My tell-all autobiography will be called "I Am Spaced."

For me "forever altered community" was more like a first big trip, or great show, or Jerry passing on. Seems like the 'greedy' comes from whining about how horrible GD music availability is, when it's actually amazing.

BTW, some pirates go native, like Roanoke colonists "Gone To Croatan":

Of course, it's a scientific fact that the number of pirates has been rapidly decreasing in recent years.
